Coach Pierre

I am grateful for your precious time. I value you greatly.

To help people transition from a state of brokenness, hopelessness, emptiness, frustration, and despair to one of joy, peace, wholeness, and fulfillment is my passion, dedication, desire, vocation, and drive. Over the course of the last 24 years, I have had the opportunity to work with thousands of individuals from all walks of life and all over the globe. These people range from the most impoverished to wealthy businessmen, mayors, principals, church leaders, senior police officers, correctional services officials, community leaders, schools, churches, non-governmental organizations, and numerous other influential members of the community, including families.

I am the Founder of Overcoming Today, Transformation SA, S-M-A-R-T Youth and Pure Hearts Ministry.

In collaboration with various stakeholders, such as the police, correctional services, child protection, child welfare, schools, churches, courts, the mayor’s office, non-governmental organizations, etc., I have started and managed school outreach programs, mentorship programs, a drug-child program, youth in conflict programs, and group and individual counselling across numerous schools.

With my many websites and social media accounts, I have also guided and assisted thousands of believers across the world.

Having worked in various economic sectors for 38 years, in addition to more than 24 years in the global community, I have gained extensive training, knowledge, abilities, and wisdom that enables me to influence the lives of individuals positively and enduringly, including their families, communities, and numerous other stakeholders. I completed a BTh international degree with honors in 2005, and I also wrote a comprehensive book on life skills for young people and their parents. Along with several other courses, such as trauma debriefing and counseling, I also finished five (5) life coaching courses.

From 1984 till the end of February 2024, I worked in the banking, insurance, IT, financial services, and educational sectors in addition to owning my own business.

I have observed how difficult it is for people to make wise decisions that are supported by solid information, values, and abilities. Even though we all want to and want it, there aren’t many entire, content, fulfilled, and happy people in our immediate surroundings.

I decided to permanently leave the private sector and devote all of my time and energy to helping people who aspire to live whole, meaningful, and fulfilled lives and who long to be accepted and loved for who they are because, up until recently, I worked in the private sector and frequently became entangled in things that have no eternal value.

Having a private group on the most secure messaging app in the world, called Overcoming Today, is part of one of my packages. I call this app the DAILY PACKAGE because it will help and guide users toward an empowered, changed, and fulfilled life that is full of value, purpose, and joy. I will provide coaching and transformational messages six days a week via text, audio, and/or video on this app.

In addition, I also provide WEEKLY, MONTHY, MARRIAGE and AD HOC packages.

The inability of people to actively pursue their life goals and make wise and informed judgments is one of the biggest problems facing our society. Many of them are forced to repeatedly seek help from counsellors as a result, yet they never seem to address the underlying cause of their problems. They are frequently taken advantage of and never seem to be able to get past their obstacles.

Many people struggle through life without the right support, skills, or direction because they feel too ashamed to ask for it.

My goal is to be PRO-ACTIVE in empowering individuals with the necessary abilities, principles, and understanding to take on their everyday obstacles head-on.

Therefore, this will only be an equipment/coaching service, five days a week; it will NOT be a counselling service, even though I might revert to these skills from time to time during sessions.

Please be aware that although many of my messages may touch on my personal covenant relationship with my heavenly FATHER and the challenging path I had to travel to get to where I am now, this is also not a spiritual service (because this should be provided FREE of charge).

I genuinely look forward to working with everyone led to me, and I commit wholeheartedly to provide you and your loved ones with services that are both affordable and driven by passion, honesty, and confidentiality.
