We offer a full or partial money-back guarantee for all services made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the service that you have booked or subscribed to on our website, you can get your money back – no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your paid booking or subscription.
After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our clients to book an introductory first session to discuss our services to ensure it fits your needs and meets your requirements.
A partial refund will apply in instances where you have paid for a monthly service and have not attended all your sessions during this time period. The sessions that was not attended or received will be liable for a partial refund.
